As Vice President of Brightline Title’s Joint Venture Operations, Emily is responsible for the successful setup, growth, management and partner relations for all JV operations. Utilizing her 25+ years of real estate experience, Emily employs a managed approach to the Firm’s Joint Venture rollouts and execution assuring steady-state operations.
Prior to joining Brightline, Emily served at Fannie Mae managing its National REO Title and Closing teams where she was responsible for the aggressive development and expansion of teams and processes during the housing crisis. In that role she was responsible for all change management, ultimately streamlining communications, reporting, and automations with servicing teams, quality control, sales, and vendor management teams along with many other external teams supporting Fannie Mae.
Emily’s experience also includes integral roles launching new title and closing offices for a publicly traded national builder as well as spending several years in operations with national title companies where she successfully implemented centralized processes including outsourcing all back office systems to improve overall operation and timeline performance for post-closing and fundings. Early in her career, Emily managed mortgage portfolios in the secondary market touching all aspects of loan servicing, property preservation and property management.
Emily received her undergraduate degree in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.
